Shipping

The items you buy on Society Indie are shipped directly from our boutique. Our shipping rates vary by how many items you purchase at once. The more items you get in one order the lower are the total shipping fees.

Shipping Fees:

$8.95 to ship 1 item;

$14.95 to ship 2 items;

$19.95 to ship 3 and more items.

Orders are processed by our shops within 1-3 business days and shipped by UPS or USPS.

Returns

Please note that most of the items we showcase are gently worn unless stated otherwise.

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return your order for any reason, the return shipping is FREE!

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You can choose a refund to the store credit or original payment method. There is no restocking fee for store credit returns. Returns processed for refund to original payment method will incur a $10 restocking fee. If you received the wrong item, please reach out to earth2shantal@gmail.com so we can get you the right piece ASAP.

1. Send via mail. We will send you a prepaid label to ship so you can box it up and ship it back to us.

All m items are final sale. No refunds.

 If your item is lost or damaged in the mail, your best recourse is to reach out to the carrier. Unfortunately in these situations we are unable to offer a refund.
